Welcome

I am Kevin Gillespie, a designer and art director based in Astoria, New York with 20 plus years of experience. I have led creative inside big brands and I step in as senior support when teams are moving fast and the work still has to be right. I build e-commerce and campaign creative that is made to ship, from Amazon Premium A plus and PDP systems to email, social, packaging, and production.

My process is simple, get clear on what you actually need, plan the build, then deliver clean, production ready files that hold up in the real world.

The work

Featured work

From 2019 to 2024 I was the embedded e-commerce designer for Mr. Coffee, owning day to day site and shopping content so it stayed sharp, consistent, and ready to publish.

I also led art direction for the Mr. Coffee Specialty campaign from 2020 to 2023, building a flexible look and system that could scale across digital, retail, and launch assets without falling apart under real timelines.

In June 2024 I partnered with GumGum to shape the visual identity for Mindset Week at Cannes Lions. We built an on site brand world at Inkwell Beach that felt calm, cohesive, and intentional, then extended it across the physical touchpoints that mattered, signage, apparel, giveaways, and environmental details that made the space feel designed, not decorated.
